Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease the baking tin and line with baking parchment. In a heavy pan, slowly melt the dark chocolate, milk chocolate and butter together. Once melted, remove the pan from the heat and add the sugar, followed by the eggs one at a time. Continue to stir well. Finally, add the flour and mix until fully incorporated. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking tin and bake for approximately 20 minutes. Once cool, divide the brownie into 24 equal squares. Serve with freshly made vanilla ice cream – preferably Jannettas, of course. ● jannettas.co.uk
