Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease the baking tin and line with baking parchment. In a heavy pan, slowly melt the dark chocolate, milk chocolate and butter together. Once melted, remove the pan from the heat and add the sugar, followed by the eggs one at a time. Continue to stir well. Finally, add the flour and mix until fully incorporat­ed. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking tin and bake for approximat­ely 20 minutes. Once cool, divide the brownie into 24 equal squares. Serve with freshly made vanilla ice cream – preferably Jannettas, of course. ● jannettas.co.uk
