Tightly strapped into a pair of the Big Yin’s incontinence pants, Katy cares not a jot

ONE of Billy Connolly’s greatest jokes was about incontinence pants that tied tightly at the ankles so the wearer could hit the disco and “care not a jot” if they got caught short. Looks like Katy Perry’s found a pair. When it comes to her look, Katy loves to dial up the bonkers. Who can forget the yellow crinoline skirt with leather knickers underneath, or the two huge cream buns made into a bra?

Now she looks to be channelling the Big Yin, circa 1985.

Katy, 32, hadn’t a care in the world as she chatted to fans at Capital Radio in London. Was it her superstar charisma or the magical power of her trousers? We may never know.
