JEREMY KYLE YOB IS CAGED
Ned’s brick attack on victim
A NED who hurled a brick through a woman’s window after she refused to go on the Jeremy Kyle Show with him has been jailed for nine months.
The brick just missed the victim, a court heard. Dale Richardson, 20, shouted and swore during the attack.
Richardson claimed to have had an affair with the woman. She denied it and had a boyfriend.
The accused wanted her and the boyfriend to go on the Kyle show with him so she could take a lie detector test. He claimed she initially agreed but then pulled out.
Alex Flett, defending, added: “He became upset about this and threw a brick through her window.”
Richardson, of Ballingry, Fife, got a community payback order but ended up back in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court after breaching it. He also committed a string of offences after the brick attack on August 15 last year.
The serial menace was caught with a knife in Ballingry on October 9, then vandalised three cars in the village on October 29.
On November 6, he flouted a bail order to remain in his home and was again found with a knife.
Richardson was on court orders for all the offences. Sheriff Charles MacNair said he had “failed dramatically” to comply with them and sent him to jail.
