BEASTIE’S 2am BID FOR FREEDOM
LOOK OUT... there’s a llama on the loose.
Police often deal with strange characters in the early hours but this callout was a new one.
Officers were called to Dalscone Farm Fun in Dumfries at 2.20am on Wednesday after the llama made a bid for freedom through a broken fence. Police said they “guided it back to where it came from” – but didn’t say how.
The Dumfries and Galloway division said on their Facebook page: “We do lots of training to respond to any situation but we must have missed the page about escaped llamas in the middle of Dumfries.”
