WHAT an excellent article by Torcuil Crichton highlighting the darker underbelly of many of the SNP’s supporters.

It seems no one – not even one of our angels, nurse Claire Austin – can make a criticism of the SNP without releasing a torrent of abuse on social media.

There was a lot of abuse and negativity on social media, including racist comments against the English, in the run-up to the 2014 referendum.

Torcuil’s article was refreshingly honest and unbiased.
