THE partner of a man critically injured on London Bridge begged “keep going – I love you” as paramedics battled to save his life.

Harrowing footage taken just seconds after the terror attack shows the victim – named only as “Pete” – lying bloodied in the street.

His sobbing partner can be seen clutching his right hand in hers while desperately pleading for him to cling onto life.

She said: “Come on Pete, come on my darling, you do this, you keep going, you keep going.

“Don’t let those f***ers do this to us, come on Pete, oh my god I love you. “Come on darling, you do this.” The video clip shows a paramedic and police officer carrying out CPR on Pete, who was dressed smartly in jeans and a white shirt – as if for a night out.

As sirens blare in the background, his partner begs another paramedic to fetch more first aid equipment from a nearby ambulance.

It is not known whether the emergency services were able to save Pete’s life.

But witnesses have reported similar horrific scenes across London Bridge and Borough Market on Saturday night.

Seven people were murdered and 48 injured, 21 critically, by three terrorists using a van and 12-inch knives to attack revellers.

Among them were four serving police officers, one from the British Transport Police and three from the Met.

Pub and restaurant workers are also believed to have suffered injuries – including the bouncer at the Southwark Tavern, who was stabbed.

Daniel O’Neill, 23, was knifed outside a bar while enjoying a night out with a friend and his girlfriend.

His mum Elizabeth O’Neill gave a dramatic account of the attack after visiting her son at King’s College Hospital yesterday.

She revealed her son has denounced the terrorists as “absolute cowards” and branded them “callous and barbaric”.

She said: “He had just stepped outside the bar for a second and a man ran up to him and said ‘this is for my family, this is for Islam’ and stuck a knife straight in him.

“He has got a seven-inch scar going from his belly round to his back.”

Elizabeth said her son, who may have suffered kidney damage, survived by sheltering in the pub until armed officers killed the terrorists.

She added: “There was shots fired, everybody was told to lie down and then they were told to go downstairs in the bar. At this stage, Daniel’s friend had put a tourniquet on him and was holding pressure on it. “The police have been absolutely fantastic, the nurses, staff have been absolutely, absolutely amazing. “These people say they are doing it in the name of god, which is an absolute joke.” Dad-of-three Brett Freeman, of Dagenham, near London, was stabbed four times and is recovering in hospital. Friends said doctors worked through the night to stop his lungs filling with blood.

Pal Darren Mole tweeted: “Just woke up to find a friend of mine stabbed 4 times in the #LondonBridge terror attack.” “He’s a soldier.” While many Brits are among the injured, other victims caught up in the carnage come from around the globe.

A French national was confirmed as having been stabbed to death, while at least seven other French citizens, two Australians and a New Zealander were injured. A Canadian national is feared to be among the dead.

BBC reporter Holly Jones was at London Bridge when the incident happened and spoke to an injured French woman.

The victim told how her two friends could not be found and revealed fears they had been knocked into the River Thames. Holly said: “She told me in French: ‘I don’t know where those two
