What is NHS Staff Benefits and what do they offer?
NHS Staff Benefits are contracted by the NHS in Central Scotland to provide a voluntary employee benefit programme to their 100,000-plus hardworking staff members.
Our online portal, www.nhsstaff benefits.co.uk, which is linked to the staff intranets, provides NHS staff with a huge selection of discounts and offers across a wide range of categories – everything from holidays and home improvements to dining out and weddings.
The employee benefits programme that we provide is designed with NHS staff in mind, helping them stretch their hard-earned cash a little further.
Having access to such a targeted audience is not only a unique benefit to prospective clients, it’s invaluable.
We constantly seek out new exclusive deals for our members and work with more than 200 businesses to promote their offers directly to NHS staff.

What career opportunities do you have available?
We are looking to fill a business development manager position. We are looking for someone to work with – and ensure the best results for – our existing client base, while building relationships with new businesses, to provide NHS staff with the best possible experience when using NHS Staff Benefits.
What kind of people do you want to hear from?
We want to hear from individuals who are passionate about media sales, comfortable with handling an existing client base and confident about developing new accounts.
The ideal candidate would have previous experience using a CRM system and a proven track record of achieving business sales targets.
