.. and spectacular views while sitting on toilet

TENNIS ace Andy Murray netted a £600,000 profit after flogging a flat which boasts a unique selling point.

The Scot, who bought the luxury Miami apartment for £1.2million nine year ago, sold it for £1.8million.

The new owner of the glassfronted four-bedroom flat can enjoy spectacular views – even when sitting on the toilet.

Andy, 30, stayed in the flat while he did winter training blocks in Miami.

The 3415 square feet apartment has wraparound views of the Florida city.

It is reached by a private lift with its own foyer. Off the entrance is an open-plan living and dining room, partially floored in marble.

Pictures show the flat, which is on the 45th floor, has a pool table, a bright orange egg-shaped chair and a black and white picture of a horse in the master bedroom.

There is a Union Flag pillow on one of the sofas and a telescope on the balcony.

The flat has two walk-in cupboards and a Jacuzzi-style bath, with separate shower. All the bedrooms are en suite.

The 48-story Jade Residences block has round-the-clock concierge and valet services, a roof-top lounge, fitness centre and spa and two swimming pools.

Argentine tennis ace Juan Martin del Potro lives in the block.

World No1 Andy is expecting his second child with wife Kim and it is thought he wants to spend more time in the UK.

The couple own a mansion in Oxshott, Surrey, and Andy bought Cromlix House, a 19th century luxury hotel near his hometown of Dunblane, in 2013.
