STYLE SECRETS

-

AVON’S latest wonderproduct Anew Reversalist Infinite Effects Night Treatment, £28, racked up a waiting list of 16,000 before its launch. With two formulas in one that you switch between every seven days, it gives results that plump the skin and boost collagen. I’ve got two to give away. For a chance to win, email your details to competitions@ mediascotland.co.uk with the subject “Woman” by noon on Friday, September 15. I POPPED in for dinner at Kensington Palace last week … as you do.

I wasn’t visiting to congratulate Wills and Kate on their pregnancy news, I was invited to a lovely dinner party, hosted by House of Fraser, who were celebrating the launch of their new Issa range.

Kate was a big fan of the brand for years and wore one of their designs for her official engagement photos.

Sadly the company couldn’t cope with the sudden demand and they closed in 2015 – but the brand have been revived by the department store.

They invited 60 bloggers and fashion editors for a peek at the new collection and dinner in the royal residence – and it was possibly the best meal I’ve ever eaten. There was lobster, steak and bubbly.

Now I think I’d quite like to be Prince Harry’s girlfriend Meghan Markle and be able to eat there any time.

The next day I popped in to see Asos, who are launching a new part of their website called Face+Body. They’ve now got a huge range of beauty brands like Nars, Benefit, GHD, Anna Sui and Paul & Joe. They’re all available with their next day delivery service.

And shh, it’s top secret, but very soon they’ll be launching their own-brand make-up range too.

Keep up with me and see what else I’ve been wearing by following me on Instagram @scotstyleeditor.
