Sky bid probed
RUPERT Murdoch’s £11.7billion bid for full control of Sky is to be referred to the competition regulator for further investigation, the Culture Secretary has said.
Karen Bradley will ask the Competition and Markets Authority to probe the 21st Century Fox bid in relation to media plurality.
