Nuclear hypocrisy

IS THE Daily Record not being a tad hypocritical and unrealistic in its coverage about the UK’s condemnation of Kim Jong-un’s nuclear weapons programme?

Surely we can’t demand that he halts North Korea’s programme when we have more advanced weapons and a greater nuclear capacity ourselves?
