STYLE SECRETS

-

Looking for jewellery that stands out from the crowd? You’ll love www.bijoubijou.com where there are plenty of affordable pieces to add a stylish finishing touch. I love this black onyx necklace, It comes in white too, and I’ve got one to give away. To enter, email your details to competitions@ mediascotland.co.uk with the subject “Woman” by noon on Friday, October 6. AFTER a summer spent on Scottish soil, I’ve managed to organise a little holiday with the family.

But while I’m baking in the sun and the kids are splashing in the pool, I’m secretly plotting my escape – a shopping trip to check out some of my favourite Spanish brands.

They’re all available online but it’s more fun to shop in store. Uterque, Stradivarius, Bershka and Adolfo Dominguez are top of my hitlist.

They’re all reasonably priced and since they don’t have Scottish stores yet, you can be sure you’ll get something just a little bit different.

You can order online from them with delivery in a couple of days and easy-peasy free returns, so it’s worth checking out their websites – especially the sale sections.

Uterque, sister brand of Zara, are fantastic for footwear. Prices are slightly more expensive than Zara but the quality is better and they have some fab leather and suede pieces. You’ll love their range of statement jewellery, too.

Stradivarius is jam-packed with fast fashion. They have gorgeous embellished sweaters for the new season and I’ve got my eye on a pretty winter floral maxi dress, too.

The chances of me sticking to my 20kg suitcase limit on the way hom are basically zero. Oops. I’ll keep you posted with more of my Spanis fashion buys next week and on Instagram @scotstyleeditor.
