SETTING up a public energy company is an attempt by Nicola Sturgeon and co to woo the Scottish electorate as part of their never-ending plan for independence.

With their poor management skills while presiding over the NHS, education system and police and fire services – to name just a few – it could be more likely to run at a loss.
