Another way to tackle gender pay gap
THE Government have vowed to make it easier for people to change gender.
All you need is a valid reason for wanting to switch from a woman to a man. Such as better pay. Or the fact you’re less likely to be assaulted by Harvey Weinstein.
On a similar theme, a top executive at Amazon Studios quit amid more claims of harassment in the entertainment industry.
Apparently he kept asking women if they wanted to see the size of his package. Although being from Amazon, that package was smaller than expected and often left in the wrong place.
We live in troubled times, where even the cops can get it wrong.
Like the claim that folk caught growing cannabis are routinely being let off with a caution.
The poor polis are making a hash of it. I’m not really surprised – nobody likes a grass.
Also in bother is a self-tanning product found to be misleading customers after claiming it could make you look thinner.
Customers got their fingers burnt. Well tanned really.
And ironically its makers are now in the brown stuff.
Much like the east London primary school forced to apologise for asking pupils to come in dressed as slaves for Black History Month.
Apparently if kids want to come in as poorly-paid and badly-treated slaves, the solution is much closer to home.
Just dress as their teacher.
