Not buying British

IN A photo, Scotland’s transport minister, Humza Yousaf, is shown smiling as he visits the National Traffic Control Centre to look at the new vehicles that will help keep the roads moving this winter.

Both the snow plough and the recovery truck were built by Mercedes. Why were Britishmade vehicles not purchased?
