Four dead in US gun rampage
AT LEAST four people were killed and two kids wounded when a gunman went on the rampage in California.
Police said there were at least five shooting scenes including a primary school.
The suspect – in his 50s – was shot dead by police, who said he was “randomly picking targets”.
It’s believed the incident began at a house before the gunman stole a truck and drove to nearby Rancho Tehama Elementary School, 120 miles north-west of Sacramento.
Investigations were continuing last night.
Dog trade disgust
Thousands of pups are being smuggled into Britain in “shocking conditions”. The Dogs Trust say demand for breeds such as pugs fuels the “sickening trade”.
