TONY PULIS admits his future is out of his hands after watching West Brom suffer another humiliatin­g defeat.

The Baggies were thrashed 4-0 at home by Chelsea and Pulis now awaits a decision on whether he remains in charge – with the the club’s board reportedly eying a move for SFA target Michael O’Neill.

Eden Hazard scored twice at the Hawthorns as Chelsea consigned West Brom to 11 games without a win.

Pulis said: “The board will decide what they have to do. I have been in this position before. It’s up to them. I feel for the players, they’ve worked hard but have made basic mistakes.”
