Husband is still missing you

-

DEAR LUKE, YOU knew my husband who passed away suddenly not long ago. You were always very kind to him when you called through your work in a previous employment.

Was his passing peaceful? Did he call out but I never heard? Did I miss a sign which should have alerted me to call for help?

Let him know I miss him very much and he would be proud of how the boys are looking after me. Helen

HI HELEN ALTHOUGH your husband’s passing was sudden, it was peaceful. There were no signs you should have seen – he didn’t even notice any himself except feeling tired. Helen, you know it never ceases to amaze me how Spirit describe their passing, and your lovely husband is no different. He says he felt a couple of light taps on his back and shoulders as if someone was saying: “Come on! Time to go!” and next thing he was floating like a feather from a nest. He misses you too, he sees you picking up his things and putting them down again. He’s smiling and very happy to hear all the good things said about him, and rightly so! He can see how the boys are supporting you but if there was one thing he could take from them it would be the burden of coping without him, and for that he is so very sorry. He sees how his passing has devastated the family and he hears you all talking about him. The “two Williams” are with him, and he finds it incredible that all three of them are together again, sharing memories. They’re all laughing about what happened to the ashes. Joan and Ian step forward and put their arms around him. Keep hold of your memories along with everything else. You’re all finding your way through but don’t forget he’s always there surrounding you with love.

Raise a glass to him and make sure you do what you want to do at Christmas – tradition or no tradition, it’s all the same to him. He thanks you for everything, you’re the love of his life.
