Celtic ace Moussa’s face is a picture as he clocks Logan’s Gers jersey on Christmas visit to Sick Kids hospital
RANGERS are struggling to get one over on Celtic these days but one cheeky lad managed to wipe the smile from Moussa Dembele’s face.
Logan Mowatt showed off his Rangers top when the striker and his team-mates visited the Royal Hospital for Children in Glasgow.
Moussa looked surprised and amused as he saw the youngster in the Schiehallion Ward, where he is being treated for acute lymphoblastic leukaemia.
Mum Suzanne Brown said on Twitter: “Got to love Dembele’s face seeing Logan with his Rangers top on.”
Social media users from both sides of the Old Firm approved of the “bold as brass” youngster and joked that he was a “right wee wind-up merchant”.
Suzanne said Logan loves a joke. She added: “Knowing that the Celtic team were coming for their visit, he made sure he had his Rangers top packed and waited patiently on them visiting his room.
“It was a great day and a lot of banter had. Logan’s stepdad Graeme, who is a huge Celtic fan, took the picture of Logan waiting on the bed and the look on Dembele’s face was just priceless.”
Football-mad Logan had returned to the ward on Wednesday for intravenous antibiotics after developing a very high temperature.
He met Rangers team members the day before Celtic and had his picture taken with Josh Windass as they raced down a hallway.
