JAMIE LINDSAY admits Ross County need to learn to concentrate for the full 90 minutes.

The Staggies were gutted to let a two-goal lead slip in Tuesday’s clash with Killie just days after Rangers also came from behind to beat them at Ibrox.

On-loan Celtic midfielder Lindsay has now urged toiling County to improve their second-half displays ahead of facing Hamilton on Saturday.

He said: “It still feels like a defeat. It felt horrible. They’ve been on a good wee run so fair play to them.

“But in the first half we were far the better team and had more of the ball. We just didn’t turn up in the second half and got punished for it.

“It’s hard to take but we need to pick ourselves up for Saturday. We need to come out in the second half as if it’s 0-0.

“Even if it isn’t going well, we need to stay together as a team and keep the lead.

“It doesn’t matter how we win, we just need the three points.

“Our performances have not been too bad. We were unlucky not to take a point at a very difficult place to go at Rangers. We just didn’t see the game out.

“But the same thing keeps happening – a good first-half display then not turning up in the second.

“We need to get back in training and get our heads right for Saturday.” KRIS BOYD insists referee Andrew Dallas was right to resist calls to flash a red card at him amid dive claims in Tuesday night’s tussle in Dingwall. The Kilmarnock striker, already booked for protesting a free-kick, was denied a late penalty claim moments before grabbing the last-gasp leveller against Ross County. Boyd faced howls of outrage from the home crowd and calls from opposition players to be booked for a second time after going down easily in the area. The ex-Rangers and Scotland striker confessed he knew it was not a penalty but insisted he had lost his footing and not
