Silver adds the sparkle
THEY say, “Your health is your wealth” and Debbie stays in tip-top condition thanks to a blend of vitamins and minerals – some more unconventional than others.
She swears by her omega and fish oil supplements, which are well known to lower blood pressure and prevent heart disease, and carried an emergency pack of vitamins with her to dance rehearsals.
She said: “I love my food and health supplements.

Hollywood actress Gwyneth Paltrow is also a fan and uses hers as a spray when she goes on flights to ward off germs. Now, thanks to the “Debbie effect”, it’s finding its way into more of our bathroom cabinets.
Sales have increased 30-fold since she first revealed her “secret” last month.
Debbie buys hers for £17 a bottle from Active Silver, who were launched two years ago by former communications worker Lucy Roberts and her father Dick Goodall.
He has been involved in the water treatment industry for 40 years and has been making colloidal silver for more than 20 years, including installing water purification systems into hospitals and airports using silver electrolysis technology.
