DONALD Trump has told South Korea’s president to open talks with North Korea “at the appropriate time, under the right circumstances”.
The US president rang Moon Jae-In yesterday after the two Koreas held their first high-level talks in two years.
North Korea confirmed they will send a delegation to next month’s Winter Olympics in South Korea and both sides agreed to hold more talks.

M&S cheese is a bit saltier than Aldi’s. What is it? Standard apple base with crumble topping, no funny business or fancy flavours. To be cooked in the oven How did we copy it? Two Bramley cooking apples (58p), tossed with soft brown sugar (17p). Topping made from more brown sugar (25p), butter (26p) and flour (4p).
Total cost £1.30 Any problems? Nigella’s recipe worked a treat, as always. Taste test Dead heat.
