CAULIFLOWE­R STEAK WITH LEMON AND HERB DRIZZLE

What is it? Two slices of cauliflowe­r to be grilled or baked, then served with the herb sauce. How did we copy it? We trimmed the sides off a cauliflowe­r (45p), leaving the centre portion around the stalk. We brushed these with rapeseed oil (1p) and baked it in the oven. The sauce was parsley (7p), dill (5p), mint (5p), the juice of half a lemon (13p), salt and pepper.

Total cost 81p. Any problems? None, it was easy peasy.
