£10k fine for rogue medic

A SURGEON who burned his initials on to the livers of two transplant patients has been fined £10,000.

Simon Bramhall, 53, was also given 120 hours of unpaid work at Birmingham Crown Court. He assaulted his unconscious patients at the city’s Queen Elizabeth Hospital in 2013.
