ONLINE trolling could be made a criminal offence after Katie Price called for a “Harvey’s Law”.

The ex-glamour model urged action last week after social media attacks on her disabled son Harvey.

She told how the 15-yearold, who is blind and has a range of health problems, is constantly targeted.

Price said a line should be drawn between “banter” and criminal abuse and wants to see a register of offenders.

Yesterday, Justice Secretary David Gauke revealed the Government were considering changing the law.

Asked about Price’s campaign, Gauke told ITV’s Peston on Sunday: “I think we have to consider that. I mean what we see is some appalling behaviour on social media.” ALL 71 people on board a Russian plane were killed yesterday when it crashed shortly after take-off.

The Saratov Airlines An-148 jet went down near Moscow after taking off from Domodedovo Airport for Orsk, 1000 miles southeast of Russia’s capital.

Reports said 71 people – 65 passengers and six crew – were on board and the country’s emergencies minister declared there were no survivors.

Maxim Sololov said: “Judging by everything, no one has survived this crash.”

Wreckage was found in the Ramenskoye area, about 25 miles from the airport.

It was unclear if there were any casualties among people on the ground at the crash site.

President Vladimir Putin postponed a trip to Sochi to monitor the investigation.

He was due to meet Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas in the Black Sea resort today but the meeting has been switched to Moscow.

Russian media said the plane that crashed had first flown in 2010 but was put into storage between 2015 and 2017 because of a lack of parts. ●THREE people were killed on Saturday when a tour helicopter crashed in the Grand Canyon in the US.

Six passengers and the pilot were on board the Airbus Eurocopter EC130. The other four were injured. Flames and smoke were seen at the crash site.
