SALMOND TOLD TO QUIT RT
ALEX Salmond is facing mounting pressure to scrap his weekly show on the controversial Russia Today television station – regarded as a Putin propaganda arm.
The former First Minister was silent last night on how he would deal with the attack on his show.
Stephen Gethins MP, SNP International Affairs spokesperson, said: “Russia Today continues to be a licensed broadcaster so any questions about its future are for Ofcom.
“However, I do not think it is right for MPs to go on Russia Today and take a payment.”
