Cochrane injury blow adds to Levein’s woes

-

HEARTS kid Harry Cochrane has been ruled out for several weeks after suffering a hamstring injury in Friday’s derby loss at Hibs.

The 16-year-old midfielder was replaced by Anthony McDonald just 15 minutes into the 2-0 defeat.

Cochrane’s absence is a further blow to Hearts boss Craig Levein who is already missing playmaker Arnaud Djoum (Achilles) and defender Demi Mitchell and winger David Milinkovic with knee problems.

Captain Christophe Berra is also expected to face a spell on the sidelines after having had to take injections recently to numb the pain from a persistent ankle complaint.
