Alfie fight goes to a Euro court
ALFIE Evans’ parents have vowed not to give up after losing their Supreme Court bid to stop medics ending his life support.
The couple appealed to the European Court of Human Rights for the second time yesterday.
Alfie’s dad, Tom Evans, 21, said: “It is not over.”
Doctors at Liverpool’s Alder Hey hospital say the 23-month-old’s degenerative brain condition will never improve and treatment is futile.
Tom and Kate James, 20, want to take Alfie to a Rome hospital for more treatment.
