Officers shocked at attitude of naked ‘massage’ man

A CONSTABLE yesterday told a court how she found a naked man on top of a woman during a police raid on an alleged brothel. PC Stephanie McLean said the man stood up with an erection and “sauntered” away to find his clothes with a “smirk on his face”. Her colleague PC Kevin Daglish told the court the aroused male “walked with no shame” and “sort of strutted”. Leaving some jurors at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court in tears of laughter, the constable said the man was “quite cocky”. McLean, 31, said: “On the mattress there was a white male on top of an Asian female with his hands arms around her neck. The white male was naked. We asked him to stand up. It was clear he had an erect penis.”

“That wasn’t because you asked him to stand up?” prosecutor Ronnie Hay said.

McLean added: “I just asked him to stand up and everything was on show. He didn’t make any attempt to cover up, considering we were police officers in uniform.

“He just stood looking at us, which was quite awkward to begin with. My colleague asked him to put clothes on and he sauntered towards a chair where his clothes were folded.”

The prosecutor asked: “Sauntered? Was that word chosen deliberately?” The officer replied: “It was the manner he walked. He had a sort
