THE natural media touch and grace of Michelle Obama is on show in a series of pictures she has released ahead of the publicatio­n of her White House memoirs.

Michelle will be in Scotland later this year for a charity fundraiser.

It will be great to have one resident of the White House who will be welcome to the country this year.

First Minister Nicolaicol­a Sturgeon and author JK Rowlingg were among 1200 people who were there when the former president resident made his trip to Scotland otland last year.

The dinner he spoke at raised £670,000 for good causes. All profitspro from the dinner with Mrs Obama at the EICC on July 17 will be invested in hundreds of charities across Scotland Scotla by the Hunter Foundation. Funder Fun Sir Tom Hunter described it as “mmore than an honour” to welcome Mrs Obama to Scotland. He added: “From a brick bungalow on the south side of Chicago to the White House has been an epic, historic journey and we look forward to hearing about that journey and Mrs Obama’s future path.
