Frank Lampard who has taken over at Derby.
His first competitive game in charge of Rangers will be in next month’s Europa League despite claims on social media that he isn’t qualified.

But dispensation is given to managers who have begun the elite coaching course and Gerrard is currently working towards graduating next summer.
Southgate, preparing to lead England at this month’s World Cup, feels Gerrard could soon be in the sights of the FA to boss his country.
Speaking about the former midfield duo taking their first steps into management, Southgate said: “I’m pleased to see it and I wish them both well.
“We want more English coaches and when in the future the England job is available, we want lots of high-quality candidates whether they have played or not played.
“But there is obviously an advantage for the guys who have played in terms of the experiences they can pass on, among all the other things. It’s great to see two lads I think have a lot to offer the game stay in it.
“There’s an easier route to go but they haven’t taken it and that’s brave.
“They’re going to have a different type of challenge. They’re going to develop different skills, different experiences but it’s great they’ve got the opportunity to put back into our game.”
