ENTERTAINMENT

-

DAVE, 9pm After nine weeks of task mayhem, the five contestants now have one last chance to win the greatest prize on earth.

Well, actually, just the shiny golden head of taskmaster Greg Davies, so let’s make that the most creepy prize on earth.

“Sure I’ve judged them harshly, sure I’ve made some terrible and grossly unfair decisions but that is my right!” says Greg, as sidekick Alex Horne throws down the gauntlet with the final challenges.

first, in a task that’s a bit like a ODD COUPLE Greg and Alex weird school show and tell, they must bring in the least appropriate accessory for a wedding. No prizes for guessing who brings in nunchucks.

Other problematic tasks include knocking over the fewest skittles, blowing out a candle from the furthest distance and telling the taskmaster they love him in the most meaningful way.

Watch out for many, many odd moments, including a rap about steak and cheese, a daring impersonation and a surprising hose. We’ll miss this bonkers show when it’s gone.

STV, 9pm WHAT could be a more British way to celebrate a British institution than by assembling a choir? Just like queuing, tea and sympathy, and weather chat, we do choirs well.

To celebrate the 70th birthday of the NHS, this one-off special follows the mammoth task of putting together a choir, mixing unsung NHS heroes with pop stars.

The idea is to try to smash the world record for the biggest live singalong ever, with a performance of iconic SINGING OUT All set to smash the record for biggest live choir
