Kerryanne warns girls: Beware of vile fake Facebook predator Tiffany
Man pretending to be teenager targets females
A WOMAN has told how she was targeted by a creep who has been sending explicit messages to women and young girls while hiding behind the fake Facebook profile of a teenager.
The predator is bombarding the girls with vile messages and video calls under the false name Tiffany Morgan.
Kerryanne Barrie, from Hamilton, said: “It’s disgusting what this guy is doing. He added me on Facebook about two weeks ago.”
The 22-year-old tax office worker was already aware of the account, after young females across Scotland took to social media to warn people about “Tiffany”.
She said: “I saw a post warning girls not to accept a friend request from the profile because it was actually an older man who had created a fake account.
“But days later, Tiffany added me, so I chose to accept it and call the guy out.”
Some girls reported that the man was making video calls from a bed and appears to engage in a sex act. Kerryanne reveals she was also quickly subject to a series of “horrific” messages from him.
She said: “It was sick. I asked him why he was using a young girl’s picture and he said it was his sister. When I asked why he was using the pictures he said he ‘just wanted to w***’.
“He kept video-calling me. I opened one and it looked like he was masturbating under bed sheets.
“He’s a sick, creepy old man.
“I completely lost it and just started calling him for everything.”
Kerryanne said the online predator has “hundreds” of female Facebook friends, many “as young as 13 or 14” and now she wants to warn others about the account.
She said: “His friends list is all young girls from Glasgow and the surrounding areas.
“It’s bad enough that I’ve had to watch those videos but who knows what he’s sent or shown to 13-year-old girls.”
Before blocking Tiffany, Kerryanne was sent one last video of the man’s face.
She said he is in his mid to late 40s with short white hair. He has an English accent.
It’s not clear if the name and pictures he is using belong to a real person.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Our Internet Crime team has not received a report on this matter but we would encourage anyone who has any information to get in touch.”
