Brutal attack in car park

A MAN suffered face and neck injuries during a serious assault in a supermarket car park.

The 23-year-old was attacked at about 3pm yesterday at the entrance to Lidl’s car park in the Lang Stracht area of Aberdeen.

He was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment.

A 32-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident.

Police have appealed for witnesses to come forward.
