Jurgen’s Reds can be Fab-ulous on Euro front

LIVERPOOL v RED STAR

-

JURGEN KLOPP feels it is finally time to unleash the new-look Fabinho on Red Star Belgrade.

The Liverpool manager believes his £43million summer signing is ready to prove he is capable of taking the team to another level, with his “perfect attributes” as a holding midfielder.

The Reds have not been firing on all cylinders in recent weeks and the Brazilian has struggled to find his feet too, making just one competitive start for his new club, in the League Cup.

Yet Klopp is adamant it is merely a matter of learning a completely new system and now he believes Fabinho knows enough to make everything click for the Mersey club.

“We already made the decision he is the right player, yes, when we signed him. He has the qualities, all the qualities,” said the manager.

“Hard challenges, good offensively, defensively, quick, good shooter, fantastic set pieces, good header, all these things. Good strategically too in the right moment.

“He’s just a fantastic addition and can improve us from a specific moment on.”

With the Reds boss ruling out both Jordan Henderson and Naby Keita, Fabinho looks a certain selection tonight. look the way to go. There’s been 58 goals in the Dutch side’s 14 games this season and Spurs won’t sit back.

Both teams to score and over 2.5 goals looks the best bet at 10-11 with Marathonbet. Over 3.5 match goals is on at 7-4 with Betfair.

Liverpool haven’t been firing on all cylinders but should see off Red Star Belgrade. Red Star conceded six at PSG and Liverpool can put on a show.

Roberto Firmino is set to return. Back him at 15-4 with bet365 to score first.

Liverpool -2 should land at 4-7 with McBookie.

Elsewhere take over 2.5 goals at PSG v Napoli and Barcelona v Inter and Atletico Madrid +1 at Dortmund. Over 2.5 Goals Double PSG v Napoli and PSV v Spurs (6-4, McBookie)
