EBOUE KOUASSI 5 Started brightly and confidently in the Scott Brown role. Partly culpable at both goals and his head dropped as game wore on. LEWIS MORGAN 6 First European start for the Hoops and was given an early license to roam. Promising start soon faded. Replaced by Sinclair. CALLUM McGREGOR 6 Strangely subdued performance from the man who normally thrives on the Euro stage. Just didn’t get going. RYAN CHRISTIE 5 Showed some neat touches but looked lightweight on this stage against a powerful and clever Leipzig midfield. ODSONNE EDOUARD 6 The Frenchman could have grabbed his fifth European goal of the season after only seven minutes. A rare sight of goal on a barren night. SUBS MIKAEL LUSTIG 5 Had to replace the injured Gamboa at half-time. SCOTT SINCLAIR 3 Given a run-out in 70 minutes when youngster Morgan’s race was run. JACK HENDRY 3 Came on for the crocked Simunovic in 75 minutes when damage was done.
