“Under the court order secured against Viagogo AG, it will meet the CMA’s reasonable costs of those proceeding­s.”

FanFair Alliance spokesman Adam Webb said the public shouldn’t have to pay the legal bill. He added: “Viagogo caused endless delay and obstructio­n and it would be the final insult if a bulk of the investigat­ion’s costs were picked up by the taxpayer.”
