REVELATIONS that Scots medics treated more than 230 victims of female genital mutilation in the last two years sparked outrage online.
At least 138 cases were treated by NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, with 93 in Edinburgh, between 2017 and 2018.
Lib Dem MP Jo Swinson called for an end to the “barbaric” practice.
