BY WILMA RILEY A MAN who found his partner naked in bed with one of his friends and attacked them both was yesterday jailed for 45 months.

The High Court in Glasgow heard Dylan Drummond, 25, screamed at Katarina Williamson: “You are lying naked in bed with another man.”

He and brother Lee Drummond, 19, attacked Thomas Stewart in May last year, leaving him with fractures and bruising to his face.

Lee Drummond, who hit Thomas twice before pulling his brother off, was jailed for 27 months for assault.

Dylan Drummond also hit Katarina on the head and body.

She was screaming during the incident at the house she shared with him in Inverness, the court heard.

The brothers admitted assaulting Thomas to his injury and to the danger of his life. They originally faced a charge of attempted murder but their pleas to the reduced rap were accepted by the Crown.

Dylan Drummond also admitted assaulting Katarina on her head and body to her injury.

Judge Lord Armstrong told the pair: “You have pled guilty to a concerted attack in which Mr Stewart sustained multiple fractures and was in hospital for 12 days. These injuries were to the potential danger of his life.”

The court heard the couple had been out at a hotel earlier that night but there had been a disagreement and she had called the police to eject Dylan Drummond, leaving Thomas and Katarina in the house together.

But Dylan Drummond then returned home with his brother and found his partner in bed with Thomas.

EMOTIONAL Ozzy opens his heart on struggles on Good Morning America

BY CHRISTOPHER BUCKTIN ROCK legend Ozzy Osbourne is facing his Parkinson’s battle in the only way he knows how – by getting back on stage.

The 71-year-old and his devoted wife Sharon revealed his diagnosis following reports that he was on his deathbed.

His last gig was more than a year ago and a tour scheduled to start this month was pushed back to later in the year after what he calls the “worst, longest, most painful, miserable” time of his life.

But the ex-Black Sabbath frontman said: “I just can’t wait to get well enough to go on the road, that’s what is killing me. I need it, that’s my drug today.

“I’ve done all of the other c**p – left that by the wayside, survived that – and I ain’t going to go anywhere yet.”

Former X Factor judge Sharon is also keen for him to get back on tour.

She said: “He loves to perform – it’s the air that he breathes. This is the longest he’s ever been home and it’s time for him to get back on the road, because he’s driving me mad. He really needs to get back out there.”

Ozzy said he can no longer hide his health struggles and is on a “whole host” of medication to treat his nerve pain after being diagnosed with the neurodegenerative disorder last February.

He started experiencing nerve pain after undergoing surgery following a fall last January at his home in LA when he “landed like a slam on the floor” as he went to the bathroom in the dark

He said: “I remember lying there thinking, ‘Well, you’ve done it now’. After that, it was all downhill.”

But insisting he was “far from” his
