Owen ended in 1993 after six years. He wed Marina, already pregnant with Lara, 12 days after the divorce was finalised. During the marriage Marina, a lawyer, has repeatedly kicked Johnson out over a string of affairs.
The first time was in 2004, when he was sacked as Shadow Culture Minister after lying about his relationship with journalist Petronella Wyatt.
