Lockout below!

GENOA moved out of the Serie A drop zone thanks to a surprise 2-1 win over AC Milan at an empty San Siro.

The visitors raced into a two-goal lead before halftime after Goran Pandev and Francesco Cassata both turned in crosses from close range.

Milan rallied after the break as Zlatan Ibrahimovic pulled one back but they could not find an equaliser and fell to their first home defeat since November 3.

The atmosphere was eerie at one of Italy’s most iconic stadiums and Genoa’s stars had a bit of fun at full-time by applauding the deserted stands.

All Serie A matches are to be played behind closed doors until April 3 as part of measures introduced by the Italian government to tackle the coronavirus outbreak.

At the top of the table a wonderful goal from substitute Paulo Dybala sent Juventus back to the summit as it sealed a 2-0 win over title rivals Inter.

Juve, who opened the scoring through Aaron Ramsey, lead on 63 points – one ahead of Lazio and nine clear of Inter in third.

Bayern Munich won 2-0 at home to Augsburg to move four points clear at the top of the Bundesliga.

Fans celebrated the team’s fourth league victory in a row on the club’s 120th anniversary in a festive atmosphere even while the German FA were considering measures to contain the outbreak of the coronavirus.

Bayern had to wait 53 minutes to score when Thomas Muller timed his run into the box perfectly to volley in a Jerome Boateng chip.

Leon Goretzka slotted in their second in stoppage time to kill off the game.

In Spain, Real Madrid suffered a blow to their title hopes as they were beaten 2-1 away to Real Betis.

Sidnei gave the home side the lead in the 40th minute but Madrid hit back through a Karim Benzema penalty just before the half-time whistle.

The Galacticos pushed for a winner but late on Cristian Tello scored at the other end. La Liga leaders Barcelona are now two points ahead of Real.
