We don’t send out invoices for changing light bulbs or cleaning gutters, these costs are built into your all-inclusive monthly fee which we believe will be more competitive than your current factor. We work towards long term strategies at and on this basis we will initially invest a substantial portion of the first year’s factor fees back into the development.
