‘Angel’ of crisis wins £1m prize
BY MARTIN FRICKER A KIND-HEARTED mum who has helped frontline workers smile during the coronavirus pandemic has landed a £1million scratchcard win.
Debbie Goolding, 46, juggled home-schooling her four children with knitting little angels for health workers treating Covid-19 patients.
She won the top prize on a Mega Cash Showdown scratchcard. Debbie, from Aldershot, Hampshire, said: “It’s like a blanket we are now wrapped up in.”
