FACE masks became compulsory in all shop in Scotland yesterday but not all our readers are happy with the latest rule.

While many believe face masks will help stop the spread of the virus others are not fans of mandatory face coverings. On our Facebook page,

said: “They should have made face masks mandatory from the start of the pandemic.”

said: “It’s pointless to be wearing masks now. It should have been mandatory at the start but the science didn’t prove they were needed but now says we need them.”
