I needed a little prep-up
LOCKDOWN has made us treat food like it’s Christmas Day all the time.
Usually it’s just December 25 when I have a full, airport-sized white Toblerone for breakfast followed by an egg and bacon roll and lentil soup.
I might have some prawn cocktail, too. That’s basically a salad, right?
After eating anything at any time of the day since March, I’ve decided to prepare my body for a mammoth amount of gorging over the festive period.
I know, you thought I was going to say I’ll watch what I eat. Not a chance.
I’ve decided to jump on the meal prep bandwagon.
A company has been delivering prepared meals to my door twice a week for two months now.
Call me lazy but I’m no chef and my nutritional knowledge needs some improvement.
I get bored of healthy eating but this company keep things interesting. It’s not just a chore.
So, see you in January for a much-needed detox.
