NO LAC OF AMBITION

- BY GARRY OWEN

DARLAC (2.15) looks the best of Colin Tizzard’s strong team in the Silver Buck Handicap Chase at Wincanton.

The seven-year-old put in another personal best when chasing home the progressive Enrilo at Exeter recently.

That is the best form on offer in a trappy event so this tough type can strike under the excellent Robbie Power.

The opening amateurs’ chase is just as tricky but I’m siding with FRESH NEW DAWN (12.45). Olly Murphy’s charge can go one better after trying to live with the improving Defuture Is Bright at Warwick.

MILLE SUSSURRI (1.45) can extend Harry Fry’s winning run in the novices’ handicap chase.

The five-year-old remains nicely unexposed over 2m 5f after slamming Samson’s Reach at Newton Abbot.

Alexandra Dunn’s THAHAB IFRAJ (2.45) can complete a hat-trick in the two-miler. The seven-year-old still looks welltreated after bolting up from Pisgah Pike in a hotter event at Kempton.

ARIZONA GLORY (1.52) is well worth punting on another competitive card at Market Rasen. Evan Williams’ chaser should relish returning to 2m 5f after his near miss against Cybalko at Stratford.

PAKIE’S DREAM (2.22) can bag the MansionBet Handicap Chase for in- form Jennie Candlish. The gelding still lurks on an attractive chase mark after slamming Bullion Boss over timber at Musselburgh.

Rose Dobbin is also flying at present so I’m rowing in with PERMISSION GRANTED (2.52). The hurdler looked better than ever bolting up from the useful Always Tipsy in a decent event at Musselburgh and is open to plenty of progress. So he can shrug off a 7lb hike under old ally Conor O’Farrell.

KNOWN (2.07) can just shade the competitive Racing TV Handicap Hurdle at Leicester.

Nicky Henderson’s gelding caught the eye when third to Fifty Ball on his first run over 2m 4f at Ascot. The six-year-old clearly has a bright future so he can go two better for his worldclass connections.

Barry Leavy’s INFINITI (3.37) can exact revenge on Dylan’s Sea Song in the lucky last. The hurdler went down by two lengths at Southwell but can turn the tables at these weights.
