THE Australian rock band Men at Work famously sang ‘You better run, you’d better take cover’.

The hit, Down Under, topped the charts in the UK as well as back in their native Oz.

But for Celtic’s Aussie boss Ange Postecoglou those lyrics might strike just a little too close to home with his side well off the summit of Scottish football.

Sunday’s draw with Dundee United, coming off the back of a 1-0 defeat to Livingston, leaves them six points off Rangers after seven games.

And David Bryce, Troon, said: “The appointment of Postecoglou is turning into an absolute disaster. I am serious when I say we will be lucky to finish top three with this guy. He is a nice man but a third-rate coach. He is tactically inept.

“Spare me the injuries excuse. He should still be able to field a side capable of beating Livi and Dundee United! This is the worst Celtic side in my lifetime.”

John Bruce emailed: “Postecoglou is being compared to Pedro Caixinha when he was at Rangers. But that is totally unfair – on Pedro.

“When Caixinha was at Rangers he joined a club recently promoted from the Championship that was chasing a club with the biggest squad and the biggest budget in Scottish football.

“After seven games, and spending £8million, Rangers had 11 points but Pedro was already being labelled a disaster. Postecoglou is starting from a loftier position. After seven games, and spending £25m, Celtic only have 10 points.”

But Stephen Johnstone, Ardentinny, said: “Celtic need to get players off the treatment table so they can fight their way to the top of the table. At this rate they will be lucky to finish in the middle. Ange
