PUT ON A REAL SHO

- BY GARRY OWEN

SHOBIZ (6.40) can steal the limelight for Charlie Hills in the Fitzdares Series Handicap at Windsor.

The speedster improved again when cosily denying The Lamplighter in a warm event at Goodwood and was value for more than the nose verdict so can defy a 2lb hike for his in-form yard.

The opening sprint looks very trappy but I’m backing Simon Dow’s PABLO DEL PUEBLO (5.10). The four-yearold made a bold bid from the front when third to Mister Bluebird in a hot Ascot sprint and remains nicely unexposed on Turf so can take this slightly weaker contest.

RUSHFORD (8.10) rates a typical Sir Mark Prescott improver in the Cazoo Handicap. The three-year-old was unlucky to encounter the useful Hoffman on his comeback at Brighton but is open to plenty of progress over 1m 4f so can go one better in another fair event.

ARYAAH (6.50) can extend George Boughey ’s superb run in the Elmhurst Handicap at Leicester. She relished tackling 1m 2f when decisively defeating Girl Inthe Picture at Bath so can make short work of a lenient 4lb penalty.

DREAM COMPOSER (7.50) can call the tune for James Evans in the William Davis Handicap. The four-year-old bounced back when giving Rolfe Rembrandt most resistance at Wetherby and still lurks on an attractive mark so can gain due compensation dropped in trip.

DREAM TOGETHER (2.30) can be the bookmakers worst nightmare at Carlisle.

Jedd O’Keeffe’s sprinter hit back with a vengeance when outbattling Macho Pride at Haydock. The five-year-old should still be in peak form so he can shrug off a perfectly reasonable 2lb rise. ROSE’S GIRL (2.10) can blossom for Ed Dunlop in the Straight Mile Handicap at Redcar.

The filly can open her account with a repeat of her good second to Dougies Dream at Newcastle.

MURBIH (4.25) can claim the tricky Racing TV Handicap for shrewd Antony Brittain.

The gelding shaped like his turn was near when chinned by Firebomb in better company at Ripon.
