She was last seen in Bathgate on a snowy February in 1991 while making her way home to Redding, near Falkirk, after spending the weekend with her sister.

Tobin drugged and sexually assaulted her.

She was 18 when she disappeare­d in 1991 while hitch-hiking home from a music festival in Liphook, Hampshire.

Every night for 10 days following her disappeara­nce, Dinah’s cash card had been used in a chain of towns in the south-east – Hove, Brighton, Portslade, Margate and Ramsgate.

Her decomposed, bound and gagged body was eventually found in 2007.
