Daughter Jen takes cut-price offer

A TYCOON’S daughter has sold her luxury home after being repeatedly targeted in firebomb and graffiti attacks.

Jennifer McLeish put her house in Bothwell, Lanarkshire, on the market earlier this year and has now sold it for £625,000.

The detached villa had been on sale for offers over £650,000 but documents reveal it has now been sold for £25,000 less.

The house was next door to ex-Celtic star Leigh Griffiths, who also sold up and moved.

Jennifer, whose dad is railway maintenance millionaire Alan McLeish, has been subjected to a campaign of harassment for the past four years.

It is claimed she has been hounded by unknown figures connected to Scotland’s underworld.

In December 2020, she shut down her beauty salon business in Glasgow’s Dennistoun after a car was driven into it.

That attack came a month after her Range Rover was blown up on her driveway by a petrol bomb which also set fire to the roof of her home.

When the Range Rover was torched, Griffiths’s partner, Caitlyn Melville, was forced to flee the house next door.

In January 2023, vile messages were painted on the wall of the David Lloyd gym in Hamilton, designed to terrorise and humiliate Jennifer while graffiti in Bothwell named her partner. That happened 12 days after another car was deliberately set alight outside her house.

The sale of her home comes just weeks after we reported how she was struck off after performing a botched cosmetic procedure at her beauty salon.

She was removed from the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) register after the incident at her Glasgow clinic, House of Aesthetics, in September 2019.

A client who had a procedure with hyaluronic injections at the salon is reported to have suffered a blockage of an artery or vein, known as a vascular occlusion.

Severe pain can result due to the complication, which occurs when blood is no longer able to pass through a blood vessel. It can also result in skin necrosis and gangrene – tissue death – if left untreated.

The NMC found that prior to administration of the injections, Jennifer failed to advise her patient of the risks involved, obtain informed or any consent from the patient for the procedure and provide aftercare.
